Chris Swim is a third-generation builder who has spent most of his life on job sites. He has built family homes in small towns and run commercial projects in big cities. He knows that the craft is only half the job; the other half is how you work the person paying for it. SwimBuilt Construction is what that experience turned into: a general contractor that takes a project from the first idea to the final inspection.

Chris lives in Los Osos with his wife and two boys, in a house he rebuilt himself. He works among a tight community of Central Coast builders and tradespeople with high standards of professionalism and craft.
